What changed on the x402 Bazaar since a time (since=, default 24 hours): which verified ERC-8004 sellers were paid on Base, by how many wallets and how many new ones, each with the owner agent's verdict and cost, live from onchain USDC; plus listings that appeared, left or changed terms. Call it daily instead of paying every new listing once. Counts are observed, never a promised return.
