Check up to 64 workflow steps for duplicate IDs, missing dependencies and cycles. Returns a deterministic topological order only when valid. No scheduling, tool execution, access approval or guarantee that the workflow will succeed. New modular adapter: retained result recovery for 24 hours, minimal receipt metadata for 90 days. Existing live route unchanged.
