State-by-state options for getting care without insurance: the state's Medicaid program name, whether it expanded Medicaid and whether adults fall in the coverage gap, the Medicaid work-rule start date its guide gives, the state license lookup page for checking a doctor, the DPC law where a guide states one, and the count of HRSA health center sites. One state per request.
