Live ERC-20 metadata read directly from the contract: name, symbol, decimals and total supply (raw + decimal-formatted). Handles both string and legacy bytes32 name/symbol encodings. Returns `isToken:false` for EOAs or non-token contracts. Reads live on-chain data with automatic endpoint fallback.
