US weather forecast and weather alerts for AI agents. get-forecast returns a 5-day forecast for a latitude and longitude: temperature, wind speed and direction, and the plain-language conditions for each period. get-alerts returns every active National Weather Service alert for a two-letter state code - the event, the area it covers, its severity and the official instruction.
