Checks OFAC, known scam/phishing addresses (GoPlus), address poisoning and burn addresses; phishing tokens and flagged deployers on Base only. Ethereum poisoning data is a daily scan, not live. Clean = no_known_risk, never safe; for safe use /risk/address/quick.
