Post-quantum TLS capability check for a public hostname on port 443. Four live handshakes test X25519MLKEM768, pure ML-KEM and classical TLS; includes HSTS, certificate trust/expiry, CAA and x402 discovery. Returns a heuristic score out of 90, probe findings and remediation. Measures one address at one moment, not all clients, origin connections, wallet safety or compliance.
