Use when an agent must screen many wallets at once (payouts, counterparty lists) against OFAC SDN wallet addresses. Input: addresses (1-50, comma-separated, mixed chains) or POST JSON {addresses:[...]}. Output: per address listed yes/no, detected chains, SDN entity, programs; summary counts; list date. Unknown formats refused before payment. Not a legal determination. Example: ?addresses=0x098B716
