Keep an artifact the wallet owns for another 30 days, counted from its current expiry or from now, whichever is later. No body. Costs the upload price of everything the artifact holds ($0.01 up to 10 MiB, $0.05 up to 100 MiB, $0.50 up to 1 GiB). Returns the artifact with its new expires_at. No signup: a wallet's first payment creates its account and a default project; the same wallet later reaches
