SiteCheck Agent Intel & Dev

Validates an IBAN (MOD-97 checksum and country length, computed here) and, if it passes, looks up the bank name, city and BIC (SWIFT) through OpenIBAN's public validation. The bank lookup depends on OpenIBAN's directory and may be missing for some banks; a valid checksum does not prove the account exists.
