Crypto Microdata for Agents

ENS + Basenames resolver both ways in one call: name=vitalik.eth or jesse.base.eth -> address, or address=0x.. -> primary ENS name and primary Basename (ENSIP-19 Base reverse). Returns verified (forward and reverse agree), safe_to_send, profile records (avatar, url, description, twitter, github, telegram, email), and whether the address is a contract on Base. CCIP-read handles *.base.eth.
