x402-watchlist-batch

登録した最大10本の x402 URLの支払条件が変わった時だけ、1コールで全部の差分を返す。変わっていなければ changed:false。1本ずつ /watch を呼ぶと本数分の往復と本数分の支払いになるので、まとめて1回にする。条件は scheme・network・asset・amount・payTo・maxTimeoutSeconds の6項目で、差分は URL ごとに変わった項目の field / from / to だけ。curl: curl -X POST -H 'content-type: application/json' -d '{"urls":["https://api.example.com/a","https://api.example.com/b"]}' https://<host>/watchlist → watchlist_id を受け取り、以後は curl
