Japan Business Day API

When will a bank transfer in Japan be credited? Given the submission time, returns the value date under standard processing: same day if before the bank cutoff (default 15:00 JST) on a bank business day, otherwise the next bank business day (skips weekends, national holidays, Dec 31 - Jan 3).
