Use when a task needs a paid API and the right x402 endpoint is unknown. Takes the task in a few words (web search, weather forecast, verify an email) and returns the top 1-5 Coinbase Bazaar endpoints ranked by repeat paid use (calls per wallet over 30 days), recency, relevance and price, each checked live, with URL, method, price, network, reasons and risk flags. Optional max_price_usd and limit.
