Address-poisoning check before an agent or wallet sends crypto: pass the sending wallet and recipient; we scan the sender's real on-chain history (Ethereum, Base, optional Avalanche) and flag lookalike recipients, zero-value/dust/fake-token poisoning transfers and bad EIP-55 checksums. Returns ok|caution|danger, the address you probably meant, and evidence tx hashes.
