ERC-20 token balance of any wallet on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism or Polygon: USDC, USDT, DAI, WETH or any token contract. Returns the human balance, the raw integer amount, and the token's symbol and decimals read from the contract. Omit `token` to get the chain's native USDC. Use it to confirm a payment landed or to check a stablecoin float.
