Use when an agent judges whether a perp's funding is unusually high or low, or tracks open-interest build-up. Input: coin (e.g. BTC), hours (24-720, default 168). Output: current 1h funding and APR, 24h/7d/30d average APR, current percentile and z-score vs 7d and 30d, share of positive hours, downsampled series, open interest now and change 1h/24h/7d (from our 5-minute snapshots).
