Provides ten explicitly allowlisted read-only RPC methods against the public Solana mainnet-beta node. AccountInfo returns metadata with zero account-data bytes. No signing, minting, airdrops, transactions or caller-selected upstream URL. Upstream throttling is an unpaid error.
