HALOWERK kettenwerk

Provides twelve allowlisted EVM read methods. Validates addresses, block tags, topics and byte bounds; logs cover at most 128 explicit blocks and one contract. eth_call is capped at 500000 gas. No wallet, signatures, transaction sends or node URLs supplied by the caller.
