Decodes the real recipient or spender from EVM calldata - transfer, transferFrom, approve, increaseAllowance, permit, setApprovalForAll, Uniswap V2 swaps and Multicall3 - and checks it against your allowlist and epoch caps. Catches calls whose destination is allowlisted while the money leaves elsewhere. Fails closed on unknown selectors.
