Use when an agent must decide whether an NFT is still held by who it thinks: the current owner of an ERC-721 token id, with its tokenURI and the collection name in the same call, read straight from the contract with no indexer in between. Do not use for a whole wallet's holdings or for ERC-1155 balances: this answers one token id. No API key, no account.
